The staff were very helpful. The breakfast included several options, such as cereal, toast, and a full English breakfast. Bar prices are reasonable. I found the outdoor pool very clean and a real sun trap in the afternoon (I swam in it!).
The shower had only two settings, scalding hot or off.

My room was larger than expected. It included basic amenities such as a bed, a desk, and a wardrobe. The provided towels were clean and fresh.

The hotel offers free parking, very convenient. A bar is on the premises. I also noticed they regularly have entertainment for the guests, mainly catering to a more mature audience.

The breakfast was good. It had simple english fare.
The bar staff did not seem to know much. i asked about entertainment and was told only that "a guy plays some songs and does a quiz. " i also got the same dirty glass with lipstick on it two days running. Yikes!

The location is great. The town is only a 5 min walk. Staff served breakfast right to me. Parking access was very helpful.

bar staff seemed clueless. when i asked about entertainment, the response was vague. i got the same dirty glass two days running and the draft cider tasted off. the place needs tlc.
